摘要
文中以一个不合理工艺为例,分析了染料、助剂、pH值、温度等对染色的影响,阐述了混纺织物染色应选择配伍性好、相容性佳的染料,确定了新的染色工艺,从而解决了腈黏尼、腈尼混纺织物染深色时小样与大样不吻合、重演性差、色牢度差等问题。新工艺配方为:兰纳黑B0.53%,分散剂M0.8%,阳离子黄3RL-ED0.05%,阳离子黑306-ED4.7%,HAc2%,NaAc1%,浴比1∶15,pH为4.5~6。
Taking an unreasonable dyeing technology as an example, this paper studied the influence of dyes, auxiliary agent, pH value and dyeing temperature on the dyeing effect of acrylic blended yarn knitted fabric. It was noticed that the compatibility of dyes should be considered very carefully. Accordingly, a new dyeing technology for acrylic/viscose/nylon blended yarn knitted fabric and acrylic/nylon blended yarn knitted fabric was determined, which tackled the problems of dyeing instability between the small sample and the large batch for dark dyeing, bad dyeing repeatability and bad fastness. The new dyeing technology is: the concentration of navy blue B is 0.53%, disperse agent M 0.8%, cationic yellow 3RL-ED 0.05%, cationic black 306-ED 4.7%, Hac 2%, NaAc 1%, bath ratio 1∶15 and pH value 4.5~6.
