An exploration on Language Model in Machine Trauslation System

本文探讨了机器翻译语言模型的概念,对机译模型及其理论和方法作了分类,并针对汉英机译系统,提出了在知识工程和语言工程的基础上综合各类模型的特点建立受限领域机器翻译语言模型的观点。

This paper introduced an exploration on the concept of various language models inmachine translation system and gave a classification to language models in MT system,a classification to the theories and the methods which are related with the languagemodels.This paper elaborated the author's opinion that is,on the base of knowledgeengineering,to set up a new language model limited in a cartain domain forChinese-English MT by synthesizing various language models in MT.
