摘要 经低温离子渗硫制备的硫化亚铁层是常用固体润滑涂层之一 ,具有优良的固体润滑作用和良好的减摩耐磨性能。本文通过物理建模和俄歇分析的方法研究了渗硫层的减摩机理。结果表明 ,硫化亚铁在摩擦过程中可达到分解破坏与重新合成的动态平衡 ,尽管渗硫层的厚度只有数微米 。 The FeS layer by low temperature ion sulfurizing technology is one of the common solid lubrication coatings and has excellent properties of anti-friction and wear-resistance. The anti-friction mechanism of sulfurized layer were studied in the paper through physics modeling and AES analysis. The results showed that in the course of friction, FeS layer can approach to a dynamic balance between decomposition and recomposition. The thickness of FeS layer is only up to several micrometers, but its solid lubricity can keep long time.
