Severe Fournier's gangrene:a case report

报告1例严重Fournier坏疽。患者男,50岁。外阴红肿、水疱、疼痛,并迅速溃烂,形成溃疡,累及肛周、会阴及阴囊,皮损面积约占体表面积的3%,多次脓液细菌培养均为大肠埃希菌生长,厌氧菌培养阴性。皮损组织病理检查示,皮肤慢性炎症伴局部组织坏死。

A case of giant Fournier's gangrene is reported. A 50-year-old man presented with painful erythema, swelling and vesicles with rapidly progressing ulceration on the external genitalia, which involved perianal, perineal and scrotal regions. The ulcer covered about 3% of the body surface. Escherichia coli were repeatedly isolated in purulent secretions and anaerobic culture was negative. Pathological changes showed chronic inflammation of the skin and local tissue necrosis.
