History and present status of cesarian section

追溯剖宫产历史,考察国内外剖宫产的现状,阐述国内外学者关于剖宫产现状的分析。剖宫产控制在一定比例内可以降低围产儿死亡率,保证母婴安全。但是,随着剖宫产率的增加,孕产妇和婴儿死亡率反而提高。因此,降低剖宫产率至关重要。

Ascend the history of cesarean section, review the domestic status and other country's status of it, expatiate what the scholar had analysed about the status. Cesarean section can depress the death rate of infant and ensure the safety of mother and baby if it was under a certain proportion. But along with the increasing of cesarean section rate(CSR) , the death rate of pregnant or lying-in woman and infant will be increased. So it is very important to depress the CSR.
