摘要
目的 :建立青石冲剂中麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法 :选用C18柱 ,甲醇 -水 ( 5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长2 5 4nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99 2 % ,RSD为 0 98% (n =6)。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重复性好 。
Objective:To develop a method to determine the content of ephedrine in Qingshi granules by HPLC.Methods:AC18 column was used,methyl alcohol-water(50:50)as a mobilephase and the wavelength of UV detector 254nm.Results:The linearity of this method as well with the average recovery of 99.2%.RSD was 0.98%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,hight sensitivity and good reproducibility.It can be used in quality control of Qingshi granules.
