特发性眼眶炎性假瘤的神经内分泌调控机制初探

Role of neuroendocrine factors on idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumors

目的 探讨眼眶特发性炎性假瘤(IOIP)的发病是否与神经内分泌调控因子有关。 方法 选取近 3年甲醛固定石蜡保存的IOIP标本 30例,行免疫组织化学检测神经生长因子受体(NGFR)和生长激素(GH)表达情况。 结果 IOIP病变中所有淋巴滤泡组织内淋巴细胞都有NGFR的表达,淋巴滤泡结构以外的浸润淋巴细胞和其他炎症细胞等免疫组织化学结果为阴性。所有IOIP病变组织内GH的免疫组织化学检测均为阴性。 结论 NGF可能对IOIP患者眼眶局部淋巴细胞的积聚、活化、增殖等方面有促进作用,作为一个正调节因子在IOIP发病过程中发挥效应。GH在IOIP的发病过程中作用意义不大。

Objective To investigate the role of neuroendocrine factors in the etiology of idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumor (IOIP). Methods Formalin fixed paraffin embedded surgical specimens from 30 patients with IOIP were investigated for the expression of nerve growth factor receptor and growth hormone by immunohistochemical staining. Results The lymphocytes within the germinal center of all IOIP specimens showed staining for the nerve growth factor receptor. All lymphocytes and other inflammatory cells showed negative staining.All tissues showed a negative reaction to growth hormone. Conclusion Nerve growth factor may involve in the aggregation,activation and proliferation of local orbital lymphocytes and thus promoting the occurrence of IOIP as a positive factor.Growth hormone may not take part in the etiology of IOIP.
