On the Renewal of Chief Editor's Thoughts on Publishing

市场经济大潮,给学术期刊界带来了前所未有的冲击。学术期刊的整顿与发展已成亟待解决的课题。 学术期刊如果还是停留在以往的办刊理念上,那么学术期刊的生存就会成为问题。学术期刊要继续生存,就必须进行办 刊理念的更新。就此略谈拙见,以图更多的关注、理解与支持。

The trend of market economy influenced the field of journals unprecedently. The arrangement and development of academic journals has been an urgent task to solve. The existence of a journal will be a problem if it remains its formerly thoughts on publishing. If a journal wants to exist, the thoughts on publishing must be renewed. This paper is about some of my opinions about it. I hope that more attention, comprehension and supports can be obtained for it.
