幽门螺杆菌感染在缺铁性贫血中的临床意义 被引量:2

Clinical significance of helicobacter pyloric infection in iron deficiency anemia.

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与缺铁性贫血发病的相关性及其临床意义。方法对40例缺铁性贫血伴有慢性胃炎患者,检测其血清铁、总铁结合力、铁蛋白及血红蛋白浓度,并对胃幽门螺杆菌进行检测。将幽门螺杆菌阳性者分为两组(A1、A2组)。A1组给予补铁及幽门螺杆菌根除治疗,A2组仅幽门螺杆菌根除治疗;治疗后复查上述指标。另以无贫血的慢性胃炎患者40例(B组)进行对照研究。结果缺铁性贫血伴慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染率较高,联合补铁及抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疗效显著。结论幽门螺杆菌感染或幽门螺杆菌感染导致的慢性胃炎可成为缺铁性贫血的病因,补铁联合根除幽门螺杆菌的治疗为治疗缺铁性贫血提供了新的有效途径。 Objective To explore the clinical significance and correlation between helicobacter pyloric infection(HPI)and iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods The serum iron(SI),total iron binding capacity(TIBC),serum ferritin(SF) and hemoglobin(HB) and helicobacter pylori in stomach of 40 cases of iron deficiency anemia with chronic gastitis were weasased.HP positive patients were divided into group A_1 and group A_2.Group A_1 was given iron supplement therapy and HP clearing and group A_2 was only given the therapy of HP clearing.All the indexes were rechecked after therapy.40 cases of chronic gastritis without anemia were taken as control(group B).Results The helicobacter pylori infection rate was high in iron deficiency anemia patients with chronic gastritis.The curative effect of combination of iron supplement therapy and HP clearing was significant.Conclusion The infection of helicobacter pylori or the infection of helicobacter pylori resulting in chronic gastritis may be the causes of iron deficiency anemia.Iron supplement therapy and HP clearing is a new effective way to treat iron deficiency anemia.
