Department of physical education of college is an origin which brings up P.E teachers. Bringing up persons who adapt to social development and have the innovative spirit, the innovative thought and the innovative ability is the principal needs of the knowledge economical era in the 21st century. Therefore, studying performance of innovative education in department of physical education of college has the theoretical value. This paper demonstrates generally the content innovation and innovative education, studies systemically emergency of performing innovative education and puts forward the way of performing innovative education in department of physical education of college.
