摘要
关于早操的研究结果表明:适宜的早操运动负荷对普通大学生课堂学习的心理品质产生积极影响,能有效提高学生在课堂学习期间的注意稳定性、思维敏捷性、理解能力和记忆能力等,但如果早操运动负荷过大,则不会对课堂学习产生积极影响.
Research results in this paper indicate that suitable sports load of morning exercise can exert positive affection on college students' psychology character, and then can improve stability of concentration, thinking agility, comprehension and memory of all students when studying in class.
