乳腺癌患者血浆IL-12水平变化及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 白介素-12(IL-12)通过调节辅助性T淋巴细胞1(Th1)、2(Th2)的比例,在淋巴细胞介导的免疫过程中起重要作用.许多研究表明,IL-12具有直接抗肿瘤和抗肿瘤转移的作用.2002年4月至2004年6月,我们对99例乳腺癌患者血浆IL-12进行了检测和分析.现报告如下.
