腹腔间隔室综合征的诊治进展 被引量：1

摘要 腹腔间隔室综合征(ACS)由Kron等在20世纪80年代首次用来描述腹主动脉瘤手术后腹内高压所致的病理生理学改变.随着基础医学和临床研究的进展,人们对腹腔高压危害性的认识逐渐加深.目前,任何原因引起腹内压(IAP)渐进性或进行性急剧增高所致的心、肺、肾等多器官功能不全均称为ACS[1].现将近年来ACS的诊治进展作一综述.
