愈糖痛冲剂加前列腺素E治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

Therapeutic effect of Yutangtong granule combined with prostaglandin E on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的 观察愈糖痛冲剂加前列腺素E治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 将 5 6例DPN患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 3 6例予愈糖痛冲剂加前列腺素E治疗 ,对照组 2 0例予维生素B1 、维生素B6 和黄芪注射液治疗 ,均 1 4日为 1个疗程。观察空腹血糖及餐后 2h血糖、血脂、血液流变学、神经传导速度等变化。结果 治疗组总有效率 91 .67% ,对照组总有效率 70 .0 0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组在改善空腹血糖及餐后 2h血糖、血脂、血液流变学值及肌电图神经传导速度方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 愈糖痛冲剂加前列腺素E治疗糖尿病周围神经病变不仅能改善临床症状 ,并且对血糖、血脂、血液流变学、神经传导方面有明显改善 ,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yutangtong granule combined with prostaglandin E (PGE) on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods 56 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy;36 patients in treatment group were treated by Yutangtong granule combined with PGE, with a treatment course of 14 days for both groups. The fasting blood-glucose, blood-glucose 2 hours after meal, hemorrheology and nerve conductive velocity were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.67%,which was 70.00% in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). The parameters including improvement of fasting blood-glucose, blood-glucose 2 hours after meal, hemorrheology and nerve conductive velocity in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Yutangtong granule combined with PGE can not only improve clinical symptoms, but also improve blood glucose, blood fat, hemorrheology and nerve conductive velocity, which has a definite therapeutic effect on DPN.
