黄桂灌肠剂药效学研究

Study of pharmacodynamics of Huanggui enema

目的 通过动物实验探究黄桂灌肠剂的抗炎、抑菌及活血化瘀药效。方法 ①抗炎试验 :将雌性SD大鼠 40只随机分为对照组、康妇消炎栓组、大剂量黄桂灌肠剂组、小剂量黄桂灌肠剂组 4组 ,每组 1 0只 ,制成子宫炎症模型后 ,各组分别用灭菌注射用水、康妇消炎栓 (60ml kg)、大剂量黄桂灌肠剂 (60ml kg)、小剂量黄桂灌肠剂 (1 5ml kg)灌肠 ,观察子宫炎症变化情况。②抑菌试验 :SD大鼠 40只 ,每组 1 0只腹腔内注射大肠杆菌制成感染模型 ,各组用药同抗炎试验 ,观察各组大鼠的死亡情况。③活血化瘀试验 :健康家兔 1 0只 ,耳静脉注射 1 0 %高分子右旋糖酐 ,制成血瘀模型 ,先测定全血黏度 ,以大剂量黄桂灌肠剂灌肠后 ,再测全血黏度 ,观察血黏度的变化。结果 ①抗炎试验 :对大鼠子宫炎症的抑制率对照组、康妇消炎栓组、大剂量黄桂灌肠剂组、小剂量黄桂灌肠剂组分别为 0、2 2 .0 0 %、3 1 .1 0 %、2 4.2 4%。②抑菌试验 :对照组、康妇消炎栓组、大剂量黄桂灌肠剂组、小剂量黄桂灌肠剂组大鼠的死亡数依次为 9、3、3、4。③活血化瘀试验 :黄桂灌肠剂给药后全血黏度较给药前明显下降 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。结论 黄桂灌肠剂有明显的抗炎、抑菌及活血化瘀作用 ,是治疗慢性盆腔炎的一种有效药物。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huanggui enema on animal model.Methods (1)Anti-inflammation test: 40 female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, 10 rats in each group, and the model of uterine inflammation was made. The rats in four groups were treated by distilled injection water, Fukangxiaoyanshuang(60 ml/kg),high-dose Huanggui enema(60 ml/kg) and low-dose Huanggui enema(15 ml/kg) respectively. The changes of uterine inflammation in rats were observed. (2)Anti-bacteria test: the infection model of rats was made by intraperitoneal injection with bacillus coli, and the rats were divided and treated as mentioned above. The death rate of the rats was observed. (3)Test of promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis: the model of blood stasis in rabbits was made by injecting 10% high molecular dextran into the veins of the ear of 10 healthy rabbits. The whole-blood viscosity was detected before and after treatment.Results (1)Anti-inflammation test: the inhibition rates for uterine inflammation in four groups were 0%, 22%, 31.1% and 24.2% respectively. (2)Anti-bacteria test: the death numbers in four groups were 9,4,3 and 3 respectively.(3)Test of promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis: the whole-blood viscosity decreased significantly after treatment by Huanggui enema(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Huanggui enema has evident effects of anti-inflammation, resisting bacteria, promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis, which is an effective drug to cure chronic pelvic infection.
