临床护理专家培养及认证的研究

摘要 　　 随着科技与经济的发展, 人们的生活水平不断提高, 病人对护理质量提出了更高的要求。为了降低医疗费用, 提高护理保健的服务质量和工作效率, 临床护理专家便应运而生。本文介绍了 21世纪我国培养临床护理专家 (ClinicalNursingSpecialist, CNS) 角色的重要性及国外CNS角色培养的发展历史和传统角色。对我国矫形外科专业CNS角色的培养与发展方向具有一定参考意义。
