掺杂和包覆Pd对纳米SnO_2气敏材料性能影响

摘要 采用液相化学方法制备了纯的和掺杂Pd的纳米SnO2气敏材料,研究了均匀掺杂和表面包覆对样品晶粒尺寸、气敏性能等的影响.结果表明,Pd的掺杂抑制了SnO2晶粒的生长,材料对还原性气体有较好的气敏性能,表面包覆样品比均匀掺杂样品有更高的敏感性能. Nano-sized SnO_2 gas-sensing materials with Pd doping were prepared by liquid chemical method, the effect of Pd doping on the samples' grain size and gas-sensing property was also investigated. The results showed that Pd doping constrained the grain size of the samples, the samples had good gas-sensing properties for reducing gas, and the sensitivity of the samples with Pd surface coating was better.
