豹皮樟总黄酮抗炎作用及部分机制研究

目的 研究豹皮樟总黄酮 (LCTF)的抗炎作用及部分机制。方法 采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和佛氏完全佐剂诱导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型观察LCTF的抗炎作用 ;采用腹腔巨噬细胞培养并诱导生成IL 1的方法探讨LCTF抗炎作用机制。结果 LCTF对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有抑制作用 ,对AA大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞IL 1的生成有抑制作用。结论 豹皮樟总黄酮具有较强的抗炎作用 ,抗炎机制与抑制IL 1的生成有关。

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect and possible mechanism of total flavonoids of Litsea Coreana Leve. Var. (LCTF). Methods Anti-inflammatory action of LCTF was tested by: Ear edema induced by xylene, hind paw swelling by carrageenan, granuloma of subcutaneous tissue by cotton ball, adjuvant arthritis(AA) by FCA. IL-1 production from peritoneal macrophages was assayed in AA rats to elucidate the possible mechanism of LCTF. Results LCTF markedly inhibited the ear edema in mice,swelling paw induced by carrageena and granuloma induced by cotton ball. LCTF have preventive and therapeutic effects on AA rats and can significantly suppresse activity of IL-1.Conclusion LCTF has effects of anti-inflammatory in mice and rats.The anti-inflammatory mechanisms of LCTF in AA rats might be related to inhibitory level of IL-1 from PMφ in vivo.
