成体干细胞研究进展

Adult Stem Cell Research: Update and Perspective

摘要  成体干细胞可塑性的发现更新了人们对成体干细胞的认识,使成体干细胞研究成为干细胞研究的热点,为临床应用奠定了基础。本文对成体干细胞的生物学特性、分化潜能及临床应用作一概括介绍。 Successful discover of trans-differentiation of adult stem cells in vivo and in vitro, not only have changed traditional recognition about adult stem cells, but also paved the way for potential use of stem cells in treament of diseases. Some biological characteristics of adult stem cells were discussed in the paper, trans-differentiation were discussed also.
