Condition for Non Polluted Mutton Production

农业部2002年颁布了无公害羊肉生产的系列标准,标准内容引用了二十多个标准、准则、条例、法规和规范,作为生产和使用者无法直接应用,本文根据标准对生产无公害羊肉的肉羊饲养场环境和工艺、饲料及兽药使用的要求、水质要求进行了比较详细明确的叙述。

China Agriculture Ministry imposed a series of standard of non polluted mutton production in 2002. Twenty different standards, rules, principles and patterns were induded. But they are difficult to be applied into proctical use directly. This paper explained it in details the non polluted mutton producing condition and technique, usage of forage and medecine, water quality requirement according to the standards.
