摘要
利用Hyp反复筛选经EMS处理的水稻愈伤组织,得到4个抗性细胞系。它们的游离脯氨酸含量高于对照2—25倍。Hyp(2 mmol/L)和NaCl(1%)胁迫对M_1、M_2变异系γ-谷氨酰磷酸合成活力及游离脯氨酸积累的影响呈一定的正相关性。变异系在0.8%,15NaCl 培养基中分化出植株。与对照相比,各变异系在愈伤组织、植株水平上均表现较强的耐盐性,且与游离脯氨酸的积累量呈正相关。
Four variant lines resistant to L-Hy-droxyproline have been selected from ricecalli cultures by the repeating selectionafter EMS treatment.The free proline con-tents of variant lines are 2 to 20 timeshigher than the control's under normalcondition.Under the stress of Hyp(2m-mol/L)or NaCl(1%)respectively,thechange process of the accumulation of thefree proline and the activity of γ-gluta-myl phosphate synthesis of variant linesM_1,M_2,and the control are very similar.The plantlets regenerated from variant li-nes on N_6 medium containing 2 mmol/LHyp or 1% NaCl.Salt tolerance of vari-ant lines is higher than the control's,andit interrelated positively with the capacityof accumulation of free proline.
