摘要
在两栖类,关于脊索对邻近组织的作用有大量的研究工作,但是,相反,关于邻近组织对脊索的影响过去几乎没有任何报道。因此,本工作企图通过外植的方法,研究脊索在早期发育是是如何决定的,是否也受邻近细胞的影响。结果发现,脊索的决定是一个渐进的过程,并提供了研究邻近组织影响的线索。
In amphibians,numerous works ofinfluences of the notochord on neighbour-ing tissues have been accumulated.How-ever,on the contrary,scarcely any workis known about how the notochord is in-fluenced by its neighbouring tissues andhow it is determined.By using the experi-mental method of explantation and cultu-ring in vitro,how the notochord is deter-mined in the early development and whe-ther the neighbouring tissues exert influen-ces on it have been investigated.The re-sults showed that the determination of no-tochord is a progressive process and thepresumptive notocbord of Xenopus appearsto be a very good material to study infl-uences of neighbouring tissues on the de-termination of the notochord.
