摘要
针对某铅锌矿长期采用大量石灰调浆,以高碱工艺抑锌硫浮铅而产生的诸多弊端,通过一系列试验,确定了某组合抑制剂能在低碱度条件下实现铅硫分离。对实际矿石的验证试验证实,采用该组合抑制剂在低碱度(pH=9左右)矿浆条件下能有效实现方铅矿和黄铁矿的浮选分离,精矿含Pb57 89%,铅回收率达到84 76%,所获得的铅矿物选别指标与高碱工艺相比。
In a certain lead-zinc mine,there are many drawbacks because a great deal limes are used for modification of the pulp acidity and the high-basicity technology is used to inhibit zinc and sulphur and to float lead.Through a series of tests,it is confirmed that a combined inhibitor can be successfully used for lead-sulphur separation under the condition of low basicity.The practical examinations have verified that flotation separation between galena and iron pyrite can be effectively achieved by using the combined inhibitor under the condition of pH=9.0.As a result,the grade of lead concentrate is as high as 57.89% and lead recovery is up to 84.76%.The resulting metallurgical performance is to be compared with that resulted from high-basicity technology.
