摘要
在分析了水泥磨机对研磨体性能要求的基础上,提出了采用低铬抗磨铸铁制造水泥磨机磨球,详细介绍了磨球化学成分、铸造工艺及热处理工艺。工业试验表明,所研制的磨球除含适量的碳、硅、锰元素外,还加入少量的铬和微量的硼、稀土及碱土元素,这种低铬铸铁磨球的耐磨性达到锻钢磨球的5倍,经济效益远高于锻钢球和高铬铸铁球。
On the basis of analyzing the demands of cement mill for the properties of grind materials,it is proposed that low chromium cast iron is used to manufacture the balls of cement mill.The low chromium cast iron not only contains suitable amounts of carbon,silicon and manganese,but also contains a small quantity of chromium and trace boron,rare earth and alkaline earth.The commercial test shows that abrasion resistance of the balls is 5 times higher than that of forging steel balls,and the economic benefits are by far higher than that of forging steel balls and high chromium cast iron balls.
