摘要
磁致伸缩液位传感器是综合利用磁致伸缩效应、浮力原理、电磁感应、电子技术等多种技术研制而成的液位测量仪表,它在高精度液位测量领域中相对于传统液位传感器有许多独特的优势。本文分析了磁致伸缩液位传感器的工作原理,阐述了其结构和使用特点,介绍了工业中几种常见的磁致伸缩液位传感器,并对磁致伸缩液位传感器未来的发展趋势作了探讨。
Magnetostrictive liquid level sensor,a kind of instrument for measurement of liquid level,is worked out on the basis of combined use of many technologies such as magnetostriction,flotage principle,electromagnetism induction and electron-technique.As compared with common liquid level sensors,this kind of sensor has a lot of special advantages for high-precise measurement of liquid level.The principle,structure and use characteristics of magnetostrictive liquid level sensor are introduced.Also,some kinds of common magnetostrictive liquid level sensor are presented.In addition,the developing tendency of this sensor is discussed.
