出入境旅客医学巡查内容研究

目的 探讨出入境旅客医学巡查岗位的工作内容及技巧 ,提高对出入境旅客的疾病检出率。方法 分析检疫和监测相关疾病的各种症状、体征 ,寻找在卫生检疫医学巡查中能被观察到的症状。结果 在医学巡查中能被观察到的病症主要是皮肤的病变 (传染病 )及行为上的异常(精神病 )等。结论 各种检疫监测传染病及入境控制疾病都有些症状可在医学巡查中被观察到 ,据此 ,可对疑似病人作进一步检查 。

Objective To explore the contents and techniques in medical quarantine to international travelers, and to improve the test positive proportion of disease. Methods Analyze the symptoms and signs of all kinds of quarantinable diseases, search for the symptoms which could be observed in quarantine site.Results The observed alteration mostly is pathological change of cutis(infectious diseases) and behavior unconventionality(psychosis). Conclusion Some symptoms in a variety of quarantinable diseases can be observed in medical quarantine at the port. On the basis of above symptoms we may give the suspicious patient more medical check-up, in order to farthest prevent related communicable diseases transmit via port.
