The development of chatting room system based on ASP. net has greatly improved its capabilities in net safety, transmitting speed and background management in comparison with ASP. The functional design and detailed structure including background management system are introduced and the ways for carrying out the background management system as well as some key techniques by using ASP. net are discussed.
