摘要
现代管理科学的"人本原理"认为,一切管理均应以调动人的积极性、做好人的工作为根本。违背"人本原理",就不可能做到科学管理。教师是高等学校办学的主体,因此,高等学校的管理,也应该从现代管理学的"人本原理"出发,以教师为主体,结合我党的传统政治优势—思想政治工作,积极探索高校管理的新思路、新方法。
Management is usually based on the theory of bringing every positive factor into play,particular people's initiative, according to the 'person-based' theory in modern management science. If people go against this theory, it is quite impossible to put management science into effect. Professors are the main body of a college. Therefore, management of a college should start from the 'person-based'theory in modern management science, take full advantage of traditional style of work of the party, ideological work and explore new train of thought and methods of management in college.
