摘要
以吡啶为起始原料,通过N-氧化和硝化反应合成了N-氧化-4-硝基吡啶.在N-氧化反应中,因用水作为反应介质,钨酸和硫酸为催化剂,不仅降低了反应成本,减少了环境污染,而且N-氧化吡啶的产率较高为96.2%,最终产物的产率也较高为90%.运用MS,IR,1HNMR及13CNMR等方法对标题化合物进行了表征,以证明合成方法的可靠性.
4-Nitropyridine-N-oxide was synthesized with pyridine as original reactant through N-oxidation and nitration reactions, by using water as medium, tungstic acid and sulfuric acid as catalysts. The results showed that the synthetic method not only decreased the cost as well as the environment pollution, but also obtained higher yield of 96.2% pyridine-N-oxide and 90% 4-nitropyridine-N-oxide. Furthermore, the synthetic method was proved by characterizing 4-nitropyridine-N-oxide with MS,IR, ~1HNMR and(^(13)CNMR.)
