摘要
从慢性胃炎湿证患者舌苔液、胃液进行分析 ,探讨慢性胃炎湿证的特征。采取慢性胃炎湿证 (9例 )、非湿证(7例 )患者及正常组 (4例 )的舌苔液和胃液 ,用高效毛细管电泳法分析。结果 :慢性胃炎湿证患者的舌苔液、胃液在5min左右处的吸收峰与非湿证、正常组有明显差异。结论 :舌苔液、胃液电泳图谱对探索慢性胃炎湿证的物质基础有一定意义。
To study the essence of chronic gastritis of dampness syndrome in terms of tongue coating fluid and gastric juice,the coating fluid and gastric juice were analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)respectively in 9 cases of chronic gastritis of dampness syndrome,7 cases of non-dampness syndrome and 4 healthy persons.Results:There are remarkable differences between patients with chronic gastritis of dampness syndrome and those of non-dampness syndrome and healthy persons.It is demonstrated that maps of tongue coating fluid and gastric juice are of positive significance in the exploration of substantial foundation of chronic gastritis of dampness syndrome.
