The peri- operation nursing of hip bone fracture in aged patients

为提高高龄患者髋骨骨折手术治愈率,作者随访了46例手术患者,对并存病的合并率、卧床时间、并发症的发生率进行观察,手术治疗优良率达87%。高龄患者并存病较多,术前应加强对心血管系统、呼吸系统、隐型糖尿病及前列腺检查,加强术后护理,可明显缩短卧床时间,减少并发症,降低病死率。

To improve the healing rate of hip bone fracture operation in aged patients, we followed 46 cases after operation and observed its morbidity of combined disease, time of lying in bed, incidence rate of complication, and rate of perfectness reached 87% after operation. Aged patients had many complicated diseases, so we ought to strengthen examination of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, dorment diabete and prostate before operation, and we should improve nursing after opetation In this way time of lying in bed could be shortened,complication could be reduced and death rate could be cut down.
