紫黄解毒片治疗复发性口腔溃疡50例临床观察

Zihuangjiedu Tablets Used to Treat 50 Cases of Aphthae

目的观察紫黄解毒片治疗肝郁内热型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用平行对照方法,与口炎清冲剂对照,进行复发性口腔溃疡临床治疗观察。结果共观察病例100例,治疗组50例,显效36例(占72%),总有效44例(占88%);对照组50例,显效19例(占38%),总有效32例(占64%)。2组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。观察过程无不良反应发生。结论紫黄解毒片为一种疗效显著的治疗复发性口腔溃疡的中成药。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zihuangjiedu Tablets on aphthae of syndrome type of depressing internal heat in liver . Method To divide 100 patients into two groups (each n=50). Group 1 was given Zihuangjiedu Tablets and Group 2 was given Kouyanqing Granules. Result In Group 1 the remarkable effective rate was 72 % (36 cases) and the total effective rate was 88 % (44 cases). In Group 2 the remarkable effective rate, 38 % (19 cases) and the total effective rate, 64 % (32 cases). There was a significant difference (P<0.01). There were no harmful effects observed. Conclusion Zihuangjiedu Tablets is a reliable Chinese patent medicine for aphthae.
