矿粉与水泥的密堆及其对矿渣水泥的性能影响 被引量:8

摘要 将一系列经超细粉磨处理的矿渣微粉以不同比例与一定细度的水泥进行匹配 ,制成一系列矿渣水泥试样 ;根据Dinger Funk的数学模型得出粉体最佳颗粒群分布 (即堆积密度达最大的分布 ) ;通过水泥与矿粉的激光粒度检测结果 ,计算各矿渣水泥的实际颗粒群分布 ;运用灰色关联分析原理 ,考察各矿渣水泥试样的颗粒群分布与Dinger Funk最紧密堆积颗粒群分布的相关性 ;对各矿渣水泥进行标准稠度用水量以及硬化浆体的孔隙率等测定 .结果证明 :当矿渣水泥颗粒分布与最紧密堆积的关联度较高时 ,相应的矿渣水泥标准稠度用水量较少 ,硬化浆体孔隙率较低 ,胶砂强度较高 . Fine slag powder which was grinded to different particle size distribution was mixed in a series of proportions with portland cement. The particle size distribution of the theory densest packing was obtained according to Dinger-Funk Equation and the particle size distributions of slag cements were calculated with the tested results of the cement and slag powder by LS-230 particle size distribution instrument. The relationships between the particle size distribution of the theory densest packing and calculated particle size distributions of slag cements were studied with the grey connection analyses method. The properties of slag cement samples were tested to provide the theory analyses. The results indicated that slag cement would have better properties when the value of grey connection degree between the particle size distribution of slag cement and that of the theory densest packing was higher.
