水产养殖完全成本模型的理论构建 被引量:3

摘要 在传统成本效益分析方法的基础上 ,利用系统分析方法和环境经济学理论 ,根据水产养殖的产业特点 ,构建了水产养殖完全成本理论模型 .该模型主要包括 :直接成本模块 ,水质变化模块 ,水资源价值损失模块 ,污染造成的社会、环境外部费用模块和完全成本模块 5大部分 .该模型基本上综合、动态地表达了水产养殖的真正完全成本 . On the basis of traditional cost-benefit measure,we constructed full cost theory of aquaculture for the first time by systems analysis and environmental economics theory,according to the industry character of aquaculture.Full cost model of aquaculture,which shows the true full cost of aquaculture synthetically and dynamically,includes direct cost model,water quality variation model,water resource value cost model,social and environmental exterior cost model and full cost model.
