硝苯吡啶联用谷维素治疗非便秘型肠易激综合症的疗效观察

Observation on the Treatment Efficacy of Nifedipine Combined with Oryzanol Against Non constipated Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探讨硝苯吡啶联用谷维素治疗非便秘型肠易激综合症。方法将73例非便秘型肠易激综合症随机分成三组,对照组(Ⅰ)23例,单独使用硝苯吡啶10mg,3次/d,口服;对照组(Ⅱ)20例,单独使用谷维素30mg,3次/d,口服;治疗组30例,使用硝苯吡啶10mg,3次/d口服,联用谷维素30mg,3次/d,口服,三组患者连续使用4周。结果对照组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)用药4周后各种不适症状明显改善的总有效率平均分别为34.7%与36.4%,治疗组的总有效率平均达到79.1%。结论连续使用硝苯吡啶联用谷维素治疗非便秘型肠易激综合症效果更佳。

Objective To explore the treatment using nifedipine combined with oryzanol against non constipated irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 73 cases with non constipated irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into three groups: control group (Ⅰ), 23 cases, treated with nifedipine 10mg, 3 times per day orally. Control group (Ⅱ), 20 cases, treated with oryzanol 30mg, 3 times per day orally. Experimental group, 30 cases, treated with a combination (1:1) of nifedipine and oryzanol orally. All groups were consecutively treated for 4 weeks.Result The mean effective rates with all symptoms improved significantly for control group (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) after 4 weeks' treatment were 34.7%and 36.4%, respectively, while the effective rate for experimental group was 79.1%. Conclusion The treatment efficacy against non constipated irritable bowel syndrome using nifedipine combined with oryzanol is better than that using only nifedipine or oryzanol.
