地方高职院校要在竞争激烈的市场中获得发展,首先需要明确高职教育的真实内涵,树立新的教育理念;其次要充分研究并尊重本地区域经济发展所需人才的地区结构性差异和实际能力需求差异,确立地方特色,明确市场定位,构建具有鲜明区域特色的高职能力培养体系,全程作好就业指导,回避办学风险,走健康发展之路。

To develop in fiercely competitive m arket,local vocational colleges sh ould know the real intention of vocational education and set up new educational values.On the other hand,they should research and respect the tale nts' structural differences between regions and requiremental dif-ferences between abilities,who are needed in the local economic develop ment.These colleges should have their own characteristics,cle ar market-orientation and set up an a bility development system which has distinctive local feature s,doing good job in employment guidance,avoiding some risks of running schools,so as to develop in a healthy way.
