服务业“灰领”人才培养的探索与研究

Research on the cultivation of “Gray-collar ”talents in the industry of service

高职教育的培养目标、发展方向及区域社会经济发展的现实状况表明高职教育应加大服务业“灰领”人才培养的力度。高职教育培养服务业“灰领”人才应正视观念问题,重视产学研结合;面向世界的服务业需要高职教育服务型“灰领”人才的培养实现国际化;服务业的“灰领”人才的培养需要高职院校结合学校自身发展特色,需要科研的配合与支持,它更需要政府的政策支持。

The aim of cultivation,direction of development and the reality of the re gional economic development indicate that the higher vocational education should attach importance to strengthening the cultivation of“gray-collar”talents.In the higher vocational ed ucation,we should modify our opinio ns on cultivating the“gray-collars”and pay attention to the combination of production,learning and re-search.The industry of service conf ronting the wold requests the intern ationalization of the talents' cultivation.The vocational colleg es should combine the features of its elf and the support of the scientific research.More important,they also need the political support of the government.
