档案信息化管理是档案工作适应社会信息化的必然趋势。随着信息社会的发展,档案信息化建设要求档案工作者以新的思维设计自己在电子文件管理中的职业形象,同时必须具备较高的政治素质、良好的职业道德和文化专业技术知识。

Filing information systematizatio n is an inevitable trend of filing' s adapting to informa-tion systematization of the whole so ciety.Along with the development of information society,filing in-formation systematization require s file clerks to design their vocatio nal image in E-filing with a new thinking,and at the same time to have a higher political quality,a better vocational morality and professional knowledge.
