摘要
根据高校师资队伍的变化趋势,将教师在高校内外的流动和转移归结为一种概率统计和概率预测问题,并应用马尔可夫模型预测其在未来某一特定时期内可能出现的状态,为高校人力资源管理提供了量化的依据,有利于形成一支结构合理、高效精干的师资队伍.
Based on the staff shift and change in institutions of higher learning, the author of the paper tries to boil down the situation to the issue of the probability and statistics using A. A Markov's model to predict the probable situation of faculty in a certain period. The study is expected to supply quantified data for faculty management with the view of building an effective faculty with optimal structure.
