摘要:研究高职学生个性发展及其教育,对我国总体人才结构素质的提高有着十分重要的意义。本文通过论述高职学生的个性结构和个性发展,探析了创造能力的个性特征及如何培养高职学生的创造能力的措施。

The research of personality development and education of higher vocational college's student is very significant to the structure quality of China's general talents. The paper probes into the measures of the individual character of creative capability and how to cultivate higher vocational college's stndent's creative capability.
