城镇土地可持续利用的生态景观途径研究——以绵阳市城市发展规划区为例

Eco-landscape Channels for Sustainable Utilization of Urban Land in Mianyang City

以绵阳市城市发展规划区为例 ,用景观生态学原理方法在探讨城镇规划发展区土地利用生态景观的空间结构基础上 ,提出城镇土地可持续利用的生态景观途径 :编制科学适用的土地利用总体规划 ;建立土地用途管制体系 ;开展土地整理 ,实施综合开发 ;建立复合稳定的城郊土地生态系统 ;优化城乡土地配置 ,建立城镇地价体系 ;运用现代技术 ,建立土地资源动态监测管理系统 ;加强可持续的资源环境观念教育 。

Using the theory and way of Landscape Ecology to study the space structure of land utilization eco-landscape, channels for sustainable utilization of urban land is put forward in area of Mianyang urban development plan. The channels include: drawing scientific overall plan for utilization, setting up the system of land utilization, arranging land and practising synthetic development, establishing beneficial agroecological system, appling modern technology and building up dynamic supervisory system, improving or perfecting the legal system.
