摘要
传统的水资源管理信息系统主要是在商用地理信息系统软件平台上开发出来的 ,其专业应用模型与系统平台之间不能实现无缝集成 .鉴于此 ,笔者设计实现了基于组件式地理信息系统技术的中国西部水资源管理系统 ,实现了水资源管理模型与地理信息系统之间的有机集成 .在ESRI公司生产的地理信息系统组件 (MapObjects)基础上 ,开发出具有通用地理信息系统功能和水资源管理功能的应用型信息系统 .在该系统支持下 ,用户可以实现对水资源进行计算、分析、统计等的常用功能 .在VisualBasic开发环境下 ,利用数据库引擎 (ADO)
The traditional management information system of water resource was developed out on the commercial geographical information systems software platform mainly,and can't realize the not sewn intergrate between its speciality application models and systematic platform.In view of this,the author designed and realized the administrative system of water resource of the China's Western Part based on Geographical Information System(GIS)technology of package type,The ones that have realized the organical integrate between the management model of water resource and geographical information system.On the foundation of geographical information system package(MapObjects)that ESRI company produces,developing the applied information system with the common geographical information system function and management of water resource function.On base of this system,user can realize the common function of water resource,such as finish calculating,analyse and so on.Under the development environment of Visual Basic,realize the data communication between the system and daily relation data base by use of ADO.
