围场县生态环境建设现状及治理对策研究

Study on Eco-environmental Situation and Its Control Strategies in Northern Agri-Grazing-Ecotone

本文以河北省围场县为例 ,在论述了其环境演变历史、退化现状及动因后 ,对当前突出的生态环境治理问题进行了分析 ,并提出了生态环境治理的原则与对策 .认为 ,围场县的生态环境治理与农业结构调整、农业建设与退耕还林还草必须结合起来 ,且应转变传统农牧业经营方式 .

Based on discussion the history of environmental change,situation of environmental degradation and the reasons by the case dtudy of Weichang in Hebei province,this paper analyzed the important problems existed in eco|environmental control.In the last part of the paper provided control strategies of eco|environemnt,and concluded that eco|environment control must be combined with agriculture construction,returning cultivated land to forestland or grassland and agriculture structure adjusting,and must transform traditional agricultural managment.
