北京市宣武区康复对象对社区康复服务的需要及其影响因素分析

The need of rehabilitation objects at Xuanwu district in Beijing to community-based rehabilitation services and analysis to its influence factors

目的:通过对目前北京市宣武区残疾人对社区康复服务的需要情况进行流行病学调查,了解该地区残疾人社区康复服务需要的基本情况,并对其接受康复服务可能的影响因素运用卫生统计学方法进行初步探索,以便为进一步满足该地区残疾人的康复需要提出政策性的建议。方法:采用系统抽样和单纯随机抽样方法对宣武区进行抽样;运用EPIDATA2.1制作数据库录入界面,用SPSS11.5统计软件对所得数据进行卫生统计学分析。结果:①北京市宣武区57.4%的残疾人需要康复服务,但接受康复服务的仅占13.9%。②以近三个月是否接受康复服务为标准,评价北京市宣武区康复服务对象对社区康复服务需要的影响因素主要有:医疗费用太高,人们对康复了解程度不够,不相信康复治疗的疗效等三个因素(P<0.05)。结论:北京市宣武区社区康复的服务与患者的需要还有相当差距,应采取有针对性的措施进行改善,至于北京市社区康复服务需求工作的研究还有待进一步探讨。

Objective:Through epidemiology investigating the need of the disabled persons to community-based rehabilitation service at Xuanwu district in Beijing, to find out the basic condition of the service in the district, and to approach the possible influence factors of accepting the service by health statistics method, then in order to put forward the policy proposes to satisfied the need of the disabled persons to rehabilitation service at that district. Method:The systematic sample method and simply random sample method were used in the district, EPIDATA2.1 was performed as record interface of data-base. The analysis of health statistics to the experiments data was carried on with SPSS11.5. Result:①57.4% the disabled persons at Xuanwu district in Beijing needed community-based rehabilitation service, but only 13.9% accepteed the service.②The main influence factors accepting the service in the district were that the fee of rehabilitation service was too high, the understanding degree of people to rehabilitation medicine was too little and people did not believe the effects of the rehabilitation therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a considerable gap between rehabilitation service at Xuanwu district in Beijing and the need of the disabled persons. The contrapose method should be taken. And the research on the need of the disabled persons to rehabilitation service in Beijing should be done further.
