下颌牙列缺失即刻种植负重的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical study of immediate loading of implant-supported mandibular fixed denture

摘要 目的:观察下颌牙列缺失后采用人工牙即刻种植临时功能性修复的临床效果。方法:对4例下颌牙列缺失病例分别植入4、4、5、6颗Xive种植体,在植入种植体的同时,接入TempBase临时基台,行复合树脂临时桥修复,根据种植体骨质愈合情况,于术后4~6个月后接入永久性修复体。结果:种植体植入后追踪12~23个月,无种植体失败,19颗种植体前6个月平均边缘骨丧失为(0.7±0.63)mm。追踪期内,平均累积骨丧失1.14mm。结论:下颌牙列缺失即刻负重种植修复应严格掌握适应证,选择合适的种植体,短期临床效果良好,长期效果有待进一步观察。 PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical results of immediate loading of implants in fully edentulous lower jaws. METHODS: 4 selected edentulous patients were included in this study. 4-6 implants were placed in the low jaws. Provisional prosthesis were placed at the time of fixture placement. 4-6 months after implants placement,porcelain-fused-to-mental or resin-to-mental prostheses were fabricated and fixed to the implant abutments by screws or cementing.The implant bone integration was examined by X-ray. RESULTS: The follow-up time of these patients were 12 months to 23 months. X-ray showed that all implants had excellent bone integration. No fixture has been lost since the immediate restoration was delivered. Marginal bone loss was 0.7mm±0.63mm at the first 6 months. CONCLUSION: Clinical studies on the placement of immediate restoration have revealed predictable results .
