摘要
眼眶粘膜相关淋巴瘤(MucosaAssocited Lymphoid Tissue MalignantLymphomas,简称MALT—ML)是近年来才被认识的淋巴瘤,国内外已有报道。该病与眼眶良性淋巴组织增生性病变不易区分,临床、病理均易误诊。现将10例有标记结果的病例进行分析。材料与方法本文收集1988—1990年临床疑为肿瘤而手术切除的标本10例。该标本均用10%福尔马林固定,常规石蜡切片,HE 染色,光镜观察,同时用石蜡切片采用PAP 法及ABC 法进行免疫组化标记,所用单抗见表。
10 cases of lymphoproliferative lesions in orbit are discussed in this artical.Pathologicaland immunohistochemical studies show that seven cases have malignant lymphomas whereasthree cases have inflamatory pseudotumor.We investigated their clinical,pathologicalfeatures and immunophenotypes and provide diagnostic criteria for MALT—ML in orbit,which contain lymphoepithelial lesion and monoclonal expression.MALT-ML in orbit shouldbe differentiated from belign lymphoepithelial lesion and inflammatory pseudotumor and theformer disease reclassified.
