Microstructures and Properties of In-Situ Synthesized Fe-Base+VC Particulates-Reinforced Composites

摘要 研究了原位合成VC颗粒增强铁基复合材料的显微组织、冲击韧度和硬度,以及热处理对复合材料组织和性能的影响,并探讨了复合材料形成机理。结果表明,内生VC颗粒均匀分布在基体中;颗粒直径4μm左右;在组织中发现初生棒锤状和粒状共晶VC和二次析出粒状VC。合适的热处理后硬度可达60HRC,冲击韧度在5J·cm-2以上。 Microstructures,impact toughness and hardness of in-situ synth es ized Fe-base+VC particu-lates reinforced composites and the influences of hea t treatments on their structures and properties were investigated,and the forma tion mechanism of composites was discussed.Results showed that endoge-netic VC particulates distributed uniformly in matrix,the diameter of VC particulate is about 5靘,primary clavate-hammer shaped and granular eutectic VC,as well a s secondary granular VC were found in the structure.After being appropriately h eat treated,their hardness could be about 60HRC,and impact toughness could b e higher than5J穋m-2 .
