摘要
目的 :研究镓盐对维甲酸引起的下颌骨骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响 .方法 :用维甲酸复制颌骨骨质疏松大鼠动物模型 ,将大鼠分为 4组 :正常对照组、骨质疏松组、氯化镓治疗组及雌激素治疗组 .应用镓盐、雌激素治疗 6 0d ,采用生化检测、骨组织形态计量学等方法研究镓盐对骨代谢相关指标的影响 .结果 :镓盐可降低大鼠血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)和碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)的活性 ;增加骨钙素的水平 ;可使颌骨的平均骨小梁宽度、骨小梁面积百分比增加 ,骨小梁间距变小 .结论 :镓盐能降低骨转换率 ,减缓颌骨骨量丢失 ,对颌骨骨质疏松有改善作用 .
AIM: To investigate the influence of gallium salts on the bone metabolism of mandibular osteoporosis rats caused by tretinoin. METHODS: After duplicating mandibular osteoporotic rat model by using tretinoin, the rats were divided into control group, osteoporosis group, estrogen treated group, and gallium chloride treated group. Gallium salts were applied to treat mandible osteoporosis of rats for 60 days, while estrogen was used as controls to study its effects on the rat mandible bone metabolism by bone histomorphmetry and biochanical examination. RESULTS: Gallium salts decreased the AKP and TRAP to the level of control group, widened the average width of the mandible bone trabecular, increased the ration of the trabecular contents, and narrowed the average distance between the trabecular. CONCLUSION: Gallium salts depress the bone turnover and slow down the mandible bone amount loss, and retard the process of the mandible osteoporosis.
