BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭60例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :了解BiPAP呼吸机对治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的疗效 .方法 :采用随机对照试验方法 ,治疗组 6 0例均予常规治疗并BiPAP呼吸机治疗 ,对照组 5 6例仅予常规治疗 ,观察两组治疗前后血气分析、肺功能、生命体征变化以及患者的气管插管率、住院天数是否存在差异 .结果 :治疗组患者血气分析、肺功能及呼吸、心率改善优于对照组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :BiPAP呼吸机对COPD合并轻、中度呼吸衰竭的患者疗效肯定 ,早期应用能减少气管插管率和住院天数 ,有助于患者康复 . AIM: To study the effect of BiPAP breathing apparatus on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) combined with respiratory failure. METHODS: Randomized controlled trial was used and routine therapy and BiPAP breathing apparatus were employed in the 60 cases of the treatment group, while only routine therapy was used in the 56 cases of the control group. The differences of blood gas analysis, pulmonary function, changes of vital signs, tracheal cannula rate of patients and days of hospitalization before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The blood gas analysis, improvements of pulmonary function, respiration, and heart rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: BiPAP breathing apparatus has positive effects on patients of COPD combined with light and moderate respiratory failure, and the early application of it can reduce the tracheal cannula rate and days of hospitalization, which helps the recovery of patients.
