湖南地区汉族人群TFPIC-399T基因多态变异频率分析

摘要 目的 探讨TFPIC -3 99T基因多态性在湖南地区汉族人群中的变异频率。 方法 应用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段多态性分析等方法 ,检测TFPIC -3 99T基因多态性。 结果 TFPIC -3 99T基因多态性在湖南地区汉族健康人中的分布为 :正常等位基因CC 5 6% ,杂合子CT 3 7% ,异常等位基因TT 7% ,男女性别无显著差异。 结论 TFPIC -3 99T基因突变在湖南地区汉族健康人中较为常见 ,其总变异频率为 44 % ,高于欧洲人群 ,但低于日本人群。 Objective To investigate the frequency of TFPI C-399T polymorphism in Han people from Hunan area. Methods The TFPI polymorphism was analyzed by PCR and RFLP techniques. Result The frequency of TFPI C-399T polymorphism in healthy Han people in Hunan was CC 56%, CT 37%and TT 7% with no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion The TFPI C-399T mutation in healthy Han people of Hunan was somewhat common and its total mutation frequency was 44% higher than European but lower than Japanese.
